Joe was such a lovely guy. He would do anything for anyone. He was caring and considerate. I was lucky to have had two and a half years with him. He was so attractive and was so friendly. We had had a lovely holiday in Crete in the May of that year. Then when we came back we went to London for my nephews first communion in the June with my mum, sister and brother in law. It didn't turn out the way we would have liked it to. Joe was troubled and on the 29th July he took his own life. For many years i blamed myself, thought i could have done more but i couldn't. I have since moved on and am now married but i will never forget Joe or the happiness he gave me. I just hope that he is now at peace.
